1. Scope of application

  1. This privacy policy applies to the collection, processing and utilization of personal data involved when you use the IMAS platform.
  2. For any link to a third-party application, platform or supplier through IMAS, the privacy policy of the third party or each website is applicable to the protection of personal data, and the association shall not bear any joint liability.

  1. Personal data processed when you create an IMAS account：

    When you create an IMAS account, we will ask you to provide your email, name, birthday, height and weight, gender, and activity type.

    • When you log in to your account with your email address and password, your email address is processed for this purpose.
    • Send you important information about products, services, applications, or accounts, such as important security information, or changes to this privacy policy. To process your email address and name for these purposes.
    • When you interact with a customer service representative, your email address will also be processed to establish its association with your IMAS account.
    • IMAS will also process your email address in order to notify customers when they violate the terms of use.
    • When calculating activity data, your birthday, height, weight, and gender will be used, and these purposes are used with your consent.
  2. Information when you choose to upload events, locations and event data to IMAS：

    You can upload activities (such as running, walking, cycling, swimming, hiking, gym activities, etc.) and activity data (such as steps, distance, pace, activity time, heart rate, location, etc.) from your device to your IMAS account number.

    • If you choose to upload activity data to IMAS, IMAS will process it so that you can analyze activity data, view your location on the activity route and section map, view indicators related to heart rate, and track fitness goals. And analyze usage conditions and trends to develop or improve functions and services.
  3. If you choose to connect your IMAS account to a third-party application, your personal data will be processed：

    If you choose to allow your IMAS account to access your account registered with other application providers, such as Strava, Garmin, and other accounts, we will obtain your relevant information from these accounts.

    • This is to use the information you provide to these third-party applications to supplement your activity information in IMAS. You can disconnect the connection between your IMAS account and third-party applications in your IMAS account at any time.

3. Sharing personal data with third parties

The company will never provide, exchange, rent or sell any of your personal information to other individuals, groups, private companies or public agencies, but the following circumstances are no longer limited：

  1. We obtain your valid consent.
  2. You request to share your information with other third-party applications, platforms or vendors.
  3. Comply with valid subpoenas, legal orders, court orders, legal procedures, or other legal obligations.
  4. Seek available legal remedies or defend against legal claims when necessary.
